Mandatory Skills

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

• System Architecture & Integration: Proven experience developing/implementing system upgrades and integrating cutting-edge learning approaches (AI, AR/VR, mobile devices, and advanced data analytics).

• Cloud Architecture (AWS): Extensive hands-on experience with core AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53, and CloudFormation.

• Cloud Security & Identity: Demonstrated experience implementing IAM roles, security groups, and KMS encryption for data at rest and in transit.

• Secure Infrastructure & PKI: Demonstrated experience developing secure, mis-attributable internet-based systems designed to mitigate user tracking. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain multi-tier PKI hierarchies (Root and Subordinate CAs) for encryption and authentication.

• Risk & Support Management: Strong track record of identifying technical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and providing comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Tier 1–3 support.

• System & Database Administration: Proficiency in cross-platform system administration (Windows Server, Linux/CentOS, Apple macOS, and iOS) alongside database administration and scalability (AWS RDS, MySQL, Aurora).

• Storage & Monitoring: Experience managing cloud-based storage tools (S3 buckets, EBS volumes) and utilizing monitoring/alert systems (Datadog, CloudWatch).

• Scripting & Automation: Basic proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Bash, and Python.

• Communication: Demonstrated success in creating/updating technical procedures and delivering polished briefings and demos to end-users and executive management.

Desired Skills

• DevSecOps: Experience working in a modern, automated DevSecOps environment.

• A&A Compliance: Demonstrated experience navigating systems through the Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process and performing continuous compliance monitoring.

• Enterprise Logging: Experience utilizing Splunk tools and features for comprehensive log capture across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.

• AV & Hardware Configuration: Experience with coding, configuring, and performing O&M on Extron devices.
