Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (Required).
Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years executing professional software development activities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
Technical Stack: * Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript.
Strong Linux administration and Bash scripting capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Apache Webserver and Apache Tomcat.
Cloud & Security:
Demonstrated expertise in AWS infrastructure, specifically securing and managing services like S3 and EC2.
Proven experience configuring and maintaining Enterprise Application Auditing Tools, MFA Solutions (OAuth), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Expertise in developing automation/orchestration processes for IAM services and understanding PAM tools.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts (GitHub, Linux OS, AWS) to non-technical stakeholders.
Cloud Migration: Demonstrated experience migrating on-premises services to AWS using industry-standard migration tools.
Legacy Integration: Experience maintaining Java and PHP applications within Windows environments.
Build Tools: Proficiency with Maven or Gradle.
Secrets Management: Experience utilizing AWS Secrets Manager for secure credential handling.
IC Pedigree: Three (3) or more years of experience contributing to software projects specifically within the Intelligence Community.
